Installation Instructions for Windows, Mac and Linux
Eligible users must first download the license file from UVa Software. The first download is a small text file that contains 9 lines of text. The same text is applied to every version over version 10, and works for each operating system.
Instructions: New Installation
- Go to the oXygenXML download website.
- Select the appropriate version for your operating system and download the file. The current version is 18.
- Run the installer.
- After installation open the program. You will be prompted to enter your license file.
- Open the license file and copy all nine lines of text. Paste all copied nine lines of text into the box provided. This will enable all aspects of oXygen.
The product does not expire. When a new version comes out, a new license file will be made available that supports the latest version.
Contact Research Computing Support by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with questions regarding the license file or installation. We do not provide support for usage. Those questions should be addressed to oXygen directly.
